I do not own a smoothie machine, but good for you brocel. Enjoy the blender, but keep in mind that calories that you consume in liquid form do not satiate you. Great for bulking but shit for cutting.

Its easy, Buy one that you can put in the dishwasher, Yes the top where you can take off, Not the apparatus that require power.

I would get it in me anyway even if it wasnt liquidated, I need maximum strenght! I notice my biceps or triceps getting bigger!
