You would rate someone who is in the top 10% in looks a 6 or 6.5 even though he mogs almost anyone jfl. You don't have to make it that complicated 5/10 is average , 6/10 is above average/kinda good-looking,7/10 is definetly good-looking, 8/10 male model looks and objective 9/10 and 10/10 don't exist because and that looks level it becomes very subjective. Also the normal distribution you linked is just a vague approximation, the correct graph will look more like this(here a s-curves is used instead of normal distribution because it directly shows the absolute attractiveness in relation to the population percentile).
