Japan never "betrayed" Germany out of its own interests but because of an extremely autistic power struggle between the IJA (who wanted to invade the Soviets) and the IJN (who wanted to invade the Pacific) that occurred in the early years of the Showa era. The Navy won and they went for the Pacific.
Worth noting is that by the time Barbarossa happened Japan was already occupied with China and the war in the Pacific. A war with the Soviet Union by that point would be suicidal

Because the Nazis could've never won and I usually would pick the most likely victor, the other stuff I put as neutral as I didn't really care about them.
Even if they did win in Europe, it would most likely just be a cold war except this time it's going to be the US and other allied powers against Nazi germany.
