Social Isolation may be hard for some of you whether you were forced into it or do it by choice, in my case socializing with normtards for prolonged periods of time is fatiguing and also normtards are mentally insane evil lunatics.

So the best ways to deal with it that I have found is just talking online with people here and there, chat with some people on .is, maybe get into some discussion on youtube comments or something.

Or you can rant to ai, I personally do night walks and talk to grok ai on voice mode and I do fine.
