You can't generalize based on single examples; white people are generally more intelligent than brown people. Genetic factors are more effective than environmental factors in this situation. Maybe brown people can catch up with white people in time with good nutrition and eugenics, but right now they are further behind.

Yeah that also, i live in one of the most racially diverse parts of the US & ofc i've seen WMAF but aside from that, i've seen very few WMBF or WMHF. In fact, i've seen more black guys with white foids than the other way around.
