It's also partly based on the stochastic nature of chance and inertia so there's an element of unpredictability that causes these fluctuations which may slightly increase or decrease within reasonable margins.
What white-supremacists like you are guilty of doing is sensationalizing these rare isolated incidents with emotionally-charged language and then extrapolating it onto an entire segment of a population because you want to push your anti-black agenda and partake in fear-mongering.

You don't have to be a murderer to be a violent animal. Blacks are already very willing to punish white people for their ancestral crimes, most of them want reparations, most of them have absolutely no problem with affirmative action, some of their thought leaders have said looting stores was reparations. They're entitled children, you can't reason with them and they only care about improving their own lives at the cost of whites.
