As many of you have said, I also think General Alek was probably one of the most hated users on .is in recent memory. I think I wasn't there that week when he got banned for the final time but I remember most of the previous incidents he was involved in. And definitely a ton of people thought he was a fed as well.
However I have actually seen him posting comments on Captain Darth Aurelius's YouTube videos, and the profile looks the same as well as the way he typed his words, so I think he is still lurking around in some places. It wouldn't surprise me if he lurks here still or has an alt account.
