Its hard for me to decide for one, both are extremely good and well made games, it feels like you are actually playing a South Park episode.
Which South Park RPG do you prefer: The Stick of Truth or the Fractured but Whole ?
I liked the stick of truth alot better imo. its more funnier and the fights felt alot more engaging

Interesting, i actually prefered the fighting in the second game because it was more complex and strategic. But yeah, i also prefer the humour of the first game a little more
Never played, but the one made by obsidian probably mogs.
I can't decide but I like both. I got all the achievements in both games.

In my opinion, the Stick of Truth mogs in terms of humour and story
The Fractured but Whole mogs in terms of amount of content and fighting

Same, they are relatively easy to get, even though you can easily miss out on many achievements in the first game if you dont collect and do everything in your first playthrough
Stick of Truth is funnier and was when I was more familiar with the show. Fractured But Whole is actually decent gameplay and lot more fleshed out game. The concept of putting yourself with Cartman and the kids is hard to fuck up.

I was dissapointed when i found out that The Fracted But Whole didnt include Cthulhu, who played an important role in the show

Mainly i didn't like the gameplay at all
back when I first played the stick of truth I actually hated the gameplay too. I came back to it maybe a year or so later and ended up liking it.
I got the stick of truth for free because my copy of the fractured but whole had a code for it in the disc case.
Perhaps i'll try it again someday tho i'd never particularly liked gameplay like that so i doubt i'd like it
is it cuz the combat is turn-based?
Not really it's more so i just don't like the general combat style not sure what it's called exactly, an "RPG" perhaps.
I haven't played through the fractured but whole, stick of truth was fun though. I might play it now.

The Fractured But Whole has better gameplay, but the Stick of Truth is funnier and has a better theme. I've always preferred fantasy to capeshit.
Stick of Truth does it simpler and better

If you liked Sticknof Truth then you will definitely like Fractured but Whole too. Id recommend you to get it with the DLC

Its more fun if you watch the show because you will get all the references and easter eggs, but if you are a fan of South Park type humor then you will have your fun too
