Fake and gay. I've lived in bad apartments before. Management will never allow you out of your lease early no matter how obviously bad their apartment is. They sure as hell won't ever suggest it as a remedy to a problem. Best case scenario is that you might sue them for violating the terms of your lease and get it in a settlement.
