I'm German but there are only 7 countries* in the world where German is spoken. Also I wouldn't recommend Germany to live. You just want to learn it for fun?

I know. I'm Spanish, but I have some Swiss-German relatives. I want to communicate better because although not all of them speak perfect Spanish, they do speak it, so it feels kind of disrespectful not learning theirs. That’s the main reason. Ngl, besides my German uncle, I don’t see my other German relatives very often, and if you don’t speak perfect German to a Swiss-German, they’ll switch to English. So yeah, learning a language is an escape for me, because I discovered that it's one of the few things I’m actually good at.
I don't recommend it unless you're moving to the countryside. I've been living in this country since i was born. It's a western world dystopia, full of LBTQ-propaganda, feminism, immigration from the 3rd world. Everyone has a slave mindset. Please think of it one last time before deciding. Even in small towns there are immigration from the 3rd world. It's not an incel-friendly country either.

I see, i live in an eastern european shithole full of horrible scum and i often fantasize about moving to a better european country, i know Sweden has some probems with sandnigger gangs but i thought thats only in the biggest cities.

I wouldn't want to instantly know a language rather have very good talent and speed in learning one.
If you already can speak fluently with no effort there's no satisfaction with knowing it, but learning it each day and seeing progress is a dopamine booster
