Senior for job maxxing is hardest for people without internship/job lined up. But for lucky cels who already have a job lined up, probably Sophomore.

Sophomore year was by far my worst year in terms of grades. Senior year was the easiest, because by then you are mostly just taking electives. When I did an internship, it was my classes that made my internship suffer rather than the other way around.
