That brand of eugenics was just biased racism though

1) There's no evidence that they would proceed by "killing off" specific races, keep in mind these were Anglos, American, French, Jewish and Dutch advocates of eugenics before the 1930s. What the Germans ended up doing was more explicit racial bias, but they didn't like things like IQ tests and thought they were a Jewish trick. Also, the Germans didn't kill off other races despite their more explicit pigheaded bias because the holocaust didn't happen.

2) So what? The groups that made nearly all of the advancements in science and on whose progress science has such a good reputation in the first place (the British, Germans, northern French, Dutch, and sometimes Russian) are now being systematically replaced by wokeism, Jewish insularity, and institutional tendencies towards authoritarian views of knowledge starting since WWII, and the major achievements are drying up, researcher efficiency is measurably at an all time low, replication crises abound, authoritarian views of knowledge are becoming rampant, and we are starting to see things like literal knowledge loss. So being "anti-racist" by taking control of science from these guys didn't pay off and the eugenicists with an overt racial bias in favor of the British, French, German and Dutch are totally vindicated.

3) On the other hand, the west is already lost and Chinese overlords (in spite of their anti-freedom propensities) would be less functionally anti-freedom than the woke left. The woke left is successfully starting to end free speech anyways, so if it's them or the Chinese, I pick the Chinese overlords. Also, Chinese overlords, in the best case scenario, will use eugenics internally (where they have more policy control), and even if they somehow take over the world they would probably want a dumb, easily subdued competition.

One might hope so, but this will get ruined by wokist tendencies if not treaded carefully and the knowledge will just get destroyed. We are starting (to nobody's surprise) to be able to just straight up acquire an IQ estimate from gene sequencing. However, who gets to use the genetic modding technology in the first stages? Well, people with more money will, and if this sort of genetic selection comes about, since whites are richer than brown people, you'll have massive outcries to ban baby trait selection on the grounds that it's "racist". This is to say nothing about unintended side-effects. We know global IQ correlates with skin pigmentation, so what if it turns out that phenotypically white/east Asian features are a packaged deal with IQ genes? If that happens, just forget about high IQ superbabies in the west.

Also, the fact that the genetic selection would force admission of an assumption that must absolutely never be admitted: that IQ is largely genetic. Here's how I see it going:

-Being able to pick gene offspring becomes more and more of a thing.
-Families who can afford it more can do it at first.
-In particular WHYPEEPO get to do it over our Faithful Companions of Color
-Journalist hit pieces on the process and why it's raycis because of the disparity in who is able to and does get it.
-A few doctors familiar with gene sequencing/IQ research try to let parents maximize IQ
- The doctors are "outed" as "white supremacists" for adhering to the assumption that genes measure IQ
- Said doctors are fired from their hospitals
- The hospitals that fired said doctors put out some monstrously faggy tweet/video/PR piece along the lines of "Omg you guys... we stand against raycist eugenics ideals and will not tolerate people who are meany-pants. We stand with our communities of color."

In order to implement a scheme where you can pick IQ, you need to fucking have DOCTORS and BIOLOGISTS with the right ideological persistence. You need the entire medical/biological community in CONSENSUS about this. You can't pussyfoot this, you need an entire system that says "Yeah, IQ is genetic and can be changed by these genes" Do you really think ANYWHERE in the west has a chance at that? Fuck no! As you pointed out, Asian communist states would be the ones overwhelmingly likely to implement such a system, and it would be used internally and would be used disproportionately to discover things which would be converted to Chinese state secrets.

It wouldn't be racist, but it would definitely be unfair, the entire point of technology like this is to advance the species not advance a single race

In the same way that there are welfare programs and quotas for those races with relation to employment and education, those resources will instead be directed towards mothers being able to gene edit their unborn children, which pretty much ensures they can get into a good school and get a good education

Also one would think that the people always complaining about the other races (especially blacks) being so low IQ they resort to "savagery" and criminality, would want to "upgrade" those races to be more "civilized" as they are (or they could keep getting robbed and raped and killed at ridiculous rates JFL, I think I have an idea which choice they are going to go with)

1. Except that's not how genes work, and also all the other races descended from the black race, so there's no group of races that has exclusive access to specific genes, there's a tribe of africans who pretty much all have blonde hair you know (some of them even have blue eyes), so all the races pretty much have everything in them (well the african races probably do), the genes are just not expressed in the same way

2. Depends, what if instead the other races get the package of super strength, endurance, longevity (basically everything to do with your body), do you think they would complain? JFL
