I don't know why over 90% are so averse to posting. Humans are supposed to be social creatures. Moreover this is a support group forum. People have a chance to vent about their shitty lives to similar people but they will rather bottle it up for some reason. I'm a hikikomori and even I can appreciate the social aspect. Yet many incels far more extroverted than me are just lurking without an account.
They aren't averse to posting, it's just a bit rare to use the internet that way. Sure it's human nature to connect, but I don't think that drives everybody to want to be on a forum.
Even with normies, 90% of them would rather run a social media page where they can pretend people care about their photos or pretend people find their little quips and word posts interesting, and only a small fraction use the internet as 'forum posters' ie a redditor. But obviously an incel can't do that so it's just gaming alone pretty much. It seems a lot of people just like consuming media. That makes less sense here, where every person here wants to communicate but I'd bet most male virgin neets just exist on their own. Even if they are lonely, that doesn't mean they join a forum, or that it would help them. Especially as it's just kind of standard now for people to watch stuff alone all the time. Also keep in mind a lot of them will be anonymously part of a group of gamers. I was in a WoW guild and for years that was my social replacement.

I can only speak for myself as someone who lurked. I feel like I am 50/50 with people here in sense of agreement. We agree on female nature for the most part but if I start to talk about things like efilism, people here are closer to normies on that topic. Which is why I lurked for a while.
But I am having fun I guess and don't regret joining for now. There is also ignore option.
