What place should I move to that has the least hypergamy, and where I at least have a chance at all in getting a female? Which place is the least shitty for men?

I want to leave Burgeristan, the Greatest Ally of Israel. I hate it how bad feminism is here and I wish I could move to a place that's decent enough, but doesn't have any social Marxism or feminism. It also needs to have decent medical care since I need to take certain meds to live. Anywhere you guys would recommend me going to?

Vietnam is a popular medical tourism spot, like Thailand. Some of that is for troons to get their ops, but a lot of it is just simple dental work and stuff. Basically, if you can pay for it, you'll do fine medically in Vietnam.

The only thing that's nice about my country is that I get disability checks since I have to take insulin. If it weren't for my disability and medicaid, I would be absolutely fucked if I had to wageslave for minimum pay to pay off all my expensive medical supplies. I would probably have to either live with my parents or die on the streets.

Of course, this wouldn't be a problem if the boomers didn't fuck up the economy, and if it was still possible to get a decent pay job and have a high standard of living.
