Prigozhin had valid complaints but a lot of it was also propaganda designaed to portray and implicate the MoD as incompetent cronies and also trying to gather more stockpiles of materiel and resources for Wagner (ammo, tanks, men, etc.) even if they weren't as poorly supplied as they said they were.
