No idea, but I can teach you a thing or two about torrents.
The best website for torrents is 1337x.to and make sure you type in the correct address, there are malicious fake websites with similar names. The best website used to be thepiratebay, but it’s full of glowies nowadays.
Some old cartoon won’t be an issue. It’s unlikely that you would get sued over it, but torrents are a bit risky. You should hide your ip-address.
If you want to be safe, get mullvad vpn. It’s a vpn service that can hide your own ip address and that would protect you sufficiently (it’s still possible to get caught, but very unlikely). Mullvad keeps no logs of their customers, that means if the police raid the company – and they did last year – they won’t find out anything about your activity. An account costs 5 bucks per month and can be used on a few devices at the same time.
When you have it, go online and look for a place to check for dns leaks, just to make sure you’re hidden.
You’ll also need a torrent client. I suggest qbittorrent. Make sure that its Kill Switch is activated (it will halt all activity if your vpn-client disconnects).
When the file is downloaded, I suggest you check the file again, just to make sure that the file was downloaded completely (this can also be set to automatic in qbittorrent).
