When you have a childhood history of neglect, and people picking you out to be outcasted .. the trauma from that will cause you to not even want to be around people or trust them.. and not being socially accepted will make it to where you come off as cringey no matter what you do because you don’t belong to a social circle. It’s like an alien coming to earth and trying to mix in with people for the first time without knowing the customs or language. We stick out because we were never socially accepted.
