Really depends on what you mean. I am better than ever physically (athleticism/skills/etc), and more mature, and have a better sense of what my morals are. But I seem to have lost knowledge/intelligence and am at higher bf% than optimal, but I was never cut or ripped (working on it, should be done before new year).

But in terms of any form of social success/education/career, it's just over all the way. I did "mask" my autism for a while in my teens and was able to be socially better for a brief time back then.

I was a horrific porn addict. If I wasn't in the top 1% of degenerates in that regard I was close to it. There was a common sentiment there that, like "Hotel California", you can check out but never leave.

I LDAR'd for many years, hardcore for about 5.5. It was the worst period of my life and I had a soft sui attempt in my mid teens. I'm still an incel, perhaps not for much longer (especially depending on one's definition) but my life is better beyond expression now.
