This is an observation I made that can't get out of my mind. It is easy to chalk differences in gender performance and success to merit or patriarchy. What I feel is missed to often is the fact that a lot of the blackpill actually might actually help explain some ways in which women are treated from men.
In this study they observed how more masculine faces are perceived as more competent:

However while this is a rather fine finding, they stop too soon to label it as a gender bias. To better understand the situation, one needs to ask, 'what makes a face more masculine?'. Well, for one, facial femininity is positively correlated with neoteny. I think this already is a rather known fact. Women are more baby faced than men.
Now here's something to think about for a second, feminists talk a lot about how women are underrepresented in upper echelons of power. Not only that but they also celebrate whenever women do get such high level jobs. My question is, should they really be celebrating? I was browsing around reddit and I saw people talking about Ellen Pao because of a tweet and people talking about how she sucked dick to get where she is. However, from looking at these studies it seems that the reality of the situation is way worse.
Look at her fucking face. Look at this shit. She not only jaw mogs me but also chin mogs me. She is the female equivalent to chad (and no that is not stacy). A Susan?
What is another thing that feminists complain about as well? How women aren't depicted as independent enough. But take the previous observation we said before. If they have more neotenous traits there is a higher chance that they will be perceived as less competent. To further stress this, people with more neotenous traits tend to receive more help. Of course, I bet this only helps if you don't look completely disgusting, and men in our society are expected to have more responsibilities regardless of their looks. Another quick comment to make is that white people tend to be less neotenous than other races. Asians are way more neotenous than most races as well. While I am not a firm believer in JBW, the little truth it has also easily leaks into corporate success.
Either way, feminists are only dancing around the surface of the issue. Bones have probably contributed to deciding a shit-ton of the things these people are against, and some they might not even be aware of.
