They can't. There is no legal mechanism for expelling a member state from NATO. And even if such a mechanism existed, the Euros still couldn't do anything about it because they don't call the shots, the Americans do.

How did Iran win the war exactly? All their top leaders are dead, their entire navy was sunk, hundreds of billions of dollars in damages, and their nuclear program wiped clean.

I don't think they ever will. Sunni majority Turkey, even if Secular, acts as a counter weight to Iran and Shiite Proxies in Iraq and Syria. Turkey also props up Ahmed al Sharaa who serves as a counterweight to Hezbollat in Lebanon.
