A year and a half ago. A female professor patted me on my hands for doing a nice job with a presentation.

Short hugging and hand shaking at greeting yesterday. (but I don't know if it counts, because she/they are a sister somewhat, Christian sisters, I don't see them as sexual creatures at least it is not a touch out of sexual affection) I don't like this hugging greeting much, even not if you know them better or with relatives.
