I had some serious thoughts 1-2 years ago but not so much now except 2 days ago. Sometimes they appeared for no fucking reason or I had them everyday for a week, mostly at nights when I felt tired.

Thoughts, all day, every day. It's a matter of if, not when.

Suicidal *feelings* and suicidal compulsion are something different, for me anyway. I get this strong sensation in my gut and just want to cry (and often do). Haven't had that in a while. Largely because I don't interact with anyone ever. And I have a porn addiction to fall back on.
