Let's say you're in a group at college, work or whatever and there's a convo going on, and everyone says what they want but as soon as you say something, they just brush it off as not important, what do you do, cause it fucking pisses me off everytime.

If someone tries to interrupt you raise your voice slightly and continue talking as if no one had said anything. In the second case I honestly don't know what to tell you. Unless you get something tangible out of them I'd just avoid them. There's no point in associating with people who don't respect you or refuse to treat you as an equal
