I once played a game of CK2 as jews, the goal was to create Israel. It was a pretty hard achievement because you're a small group of jews surrounded by muslim nations who would always attack you. And the strategy to win was to switch your faith to islam anytime you were attacked, since it was always a holy war as soon as you were part of their religion the war would end. Then you could switch back to Judaism anytime again when it was safe to do so. I always thought it was just abusing a game mechanic but this is literally what Jews have done throughout history. Even if it was about religion and if they did convert, they'd use their jew tunnels to secretly worship and drink the blood of babies anyways as they did during the Spanish inquisitions.
