literally nonsense things, they don't seems to speak to me directly, they just talk. for example they can say a nonsense like "Today, I will go to the store and show them who are right about everything", or random noises
 
Ask them to count sheep for you so you can sleep better

I think I have that, I'm not psychotic even though I have an erratic side, but before I sleep and especially when I try to not move is really when I hear strange things

I've known many non-psychotics that experience it, enjoy it.

Sometimes it give me ideas, especially when I'm painting and doing art after I wake up and figure it out to remember it (yes because its very hard to remember and I have also random images on my head)

Salvador Dali used to balance a metal spoon on one hand before falling asleep so that the spoon would fall onto the hard floor and the noise would wake him up so he could paint what he saw.
