Whenever I get angry, people try to always say "calm down" or relax. I litterally dont evil feel that mad but for my whole life, this has always happened. Everybody else gets all the way to boiling 8,9 and everybody is like "oh hes a-ok for being like that. I know everybody will say "as incels people dont view you as a person nor let you go thorugh normal range of emtion. But after recording myself during anger: i found that when i had platues down low, i actually appeared to look angrier than when i was fully heated.
