I my case when in teenage. As soon as i was 12 and increasing each year. That's when the loneliness starts. Before it you wanted foid affection but you want more for your mother's one.

When teenage starts is when you biologically crave for a romantic and sexual partner. The teenage rebellion, the getting angry with your parents is your body telling you that you should get out of your house and start a life with a foid.

Random fact:
I like to say that same that a kid is designed to want her mother love an adult/teeange is designed to want a romantic partner love. Literally if you don't have sex and kiss from 12 to 18 it would have the same bad effects that not having a childhood. And same with not having a gf in your 20's
Each age of your life is a new missed age a new hole in your hole in your mind which will never be fixed and that will follow you for the rest of your life.
I would say that the most important age that you must not miss in teenage

I probably started to notice around 2nd - 4th grade.

The whole class had a group chat that I desperately wanted to be in but was never allowed, and it really hit hard when a new kid joined the class who was fat and genuinely autistic and he got in within a week.
