LifeFuel When do you know its time to go to sleep?

For me its when i see the faintest bit of light coming through window, then i can hear all the crows wake up in the span of a minute, the first morning flights start going overhead, traffic gets louder and louder, i can hear neighbors waking up and going to work, elevator used more and more.
Then i know its over and i have to sleep
