Never believe retards who claim they grew an inch at 19+. They're fucking dumb cunts who don't measure properly and consistently or they have someone else measure them every few years. It needs to be the same place, same equipment, same person and the exact same time of day for it to be anywhere near consistent.
I know for a fact I stopped growing at 17 because I have a stadiometer in my basement. I used it every week when I woke up from ages 12 to 20. I know my exact morning, mid day and evening height down to a mm.
What actually happens when guys claim to have grown in their twenties is that they don't really know their exact height all that well, they just know it's somewhere around 5'10" or whatever and they had it measured months if not years ago by some retarded nurse. Then they go to a different place at a different time of day and think they grew an inch at 22. JFL.
Men on average shrink 2cm from the moment they get out of bed until the end of the day and depending on physical activity and the amount of time spent upright those 2cm can be lost in the first few hours of waking up. That alone is enough to fuck with measurements because most people don't know about that.
Trust me, 99.9999% of men stop growing at 18.

I was always in 99th percentile of height when i was young, expected height of 6'4, was my current height (5'9) at 13 and then just stopped. Now I'm pretty much a manlet, fucking hated the kids I towered over slowly but surely overtaking me and making fun of me for being stuck for years kek

I stopped growing when I was 15, ever since my younger bro and even classmates who I was taller are now giant beanstalks in only 5.8 and that is with shoes on
I think 18 was my last growth but it was minimal because I only grew 2 inches from 12 to 18.

I remember being 5'4 as early as the 9th grade possibly eariler. Finally went to a specialist about my Scoliosis and they did another test to see if I'm still growing, where they said no, that was when I was 16. I was devastated

Stopped growing around 17, maybe 18. Ended up 5’9.2” but kinda got another 1 inch recently with lifts so there’s that. I’m loving them. Never gonna go back to being 5’9” manlet.. being 5’10” (~5’11” In shoes) average is much better.. considering LL for 2 more inches to make it to 6’1” In shoes.

I liftcope too. I'm 182cm so just under 6'0". I wear tiny 1cm lifts to be a solid 6'0". I know it's ridiculous and not noticeable, but it makes me feel better like any other cope.
Same here. I never grew after middle school. I blame my parents who are both short because they came from 3rd world countries with stunted growth from malnutrition. Granted my grandpa was 6'2 but did i get a share of his genes? Nope. I never want kids even if i could have them. They'd be short and blame me for the rest of their miserable lives.
