Personally here in my timezone it's 4am, my sleep is so erratic, sometimes I wake up at random times, I can wake up at 11 AM like 3AM

when I'm tired and I lay in my bed in the day,because I'm a mentalcel my fatigue start to be to an extreme point where I'm more disconnected from reality, I can't really move my body (not a sleep paralysis), terrible headaches, I've made a lot of threads about it so I don't find it necessary to talk about this again

It's almost midnight. My sleep schedule fluctuates constantly, and right now I fall asleep by 12 PM, and wake around 8 or 9 PM.

I don't have any real problems going to sleep tbh. Just NEET things.

1:30-6:30 7:30-10 sleep schedule. Yes, I wake up in the middle every night. And I only get REM sleep in the 2nd segment.
