What’s your thoughts on dads that do fake/platonic marriage proposals with their daughters?

I saw a tik tok video of that once, a dad had bought a diamond ring and “proposed” to his 11 or 12 year old daughter, but like in a family way.

And he got on his knees and held her hand and asked her if she’d be his little girl forever or something like that and she said yes. Obviously in a family way, unless he meant something else
