there are shedded olympian space body fat homeless fellows that i could tell are just kind by simply being there, makes me stop cancelling out my surroundings and go back to give them money. i never sense alert sentience when someone says thank you and while i wasn’t giving money to be thanked it was the realest more or less silent interaction i’ve ever had so it was worth it to dump everything in my wallet into his hands but i think i scared him because i was too jaded to really say you’re welcome back. i dwell on this often and am like damn i should’ve been more outwardly flexible and said it back

even though i’m acoustic and mostly high inhib (aside the times i’d walk up to “swagless” bros crouching in the shrubs and go “yo, here”) and i’d rack up the authentic price of courage to sit with homeless fellows and let them choose from the new pastries in the big bag i’d hide behind the dump and retrieve after closing shift, it was enjoyable since it wasn’t allowed and they did end up finding out even though i went to certain lengths to be careful not to be caught (since i was an employee i had access to the back cameras break room and found a blind spot using the mop stick so it was unbelievably easy at first since i knew they didn’t always check the history of the day playing but then i got cocky and too upbeat but by that time i’ve probably passed out dozens of bags of goods which if i think about it is funny), due to a coworker going through the bags i was supposed to toss out the items in and already thrown out of their wrapping.

homeless dawgs in my experience were the realest human beings i’ve met, maybe when i’m homeless the same transactional expositions will be offered to me
