Working in a prison you get to learn a lot of things and see a lot of things you do not want to see. A hard job, but it pays well. Summer months are brutal since the unit I work at does not have air conditioning, only large industrial fans.

Yea, some units do not have A/C nor heat inside. Such as transfer units. There is one I've been to that is known to have no sort of air conditioning in the cell units. Only the mess hall, library, and front entrance offices have A/C & Heaters.

Arizona is worse. They have prisons that are outside in small army tents. Sometimes juveniles are sent there and die from the heat during the summer.
