I just started and need a proper routine for the gym pls help me gymcels
 
Haven't been to the gym in a while been too addicted using my gaming PC. My body feels like shit though I wanna go back soon.
 
here's a basic 3 day routine:
2 sets of flat dumbbell press
2 sets of incline dumbbell press
2 sets of machine flys
4 sets of pull ups or lat pulldowns
4 sets of dumbbell rows

3 sets of leg press or squat
3 sets of leg extensions
4 sets of leg curls
4 sets of reverse machine flys

2 sets of dumbbell curls
2 sets of hammer curls
2 sets of incline dumbbell curls
2 sets of tricep pushdowns
2 sets of dips
2 sets of overhead tricep extensions
4 sets of lateral raises
4 sets of dumbbell shoulder press
 
Legs : 45 degree leg press + leg extension + lying leg curl

Back + Biceps : rear delt fly + Incline Pull + High Row + behind-neck pulldown + Lat Pulldown with medium sized mag grip + preacher curl

Chest + Shoulders : chest press + shoulder press + viking press + behind neck shoulder press + face pull

Miscellaneous : ab crunch + farmers carry + shrugs

4 to 5 sets of 8 to 10 reps for each exercise with machines.
 
Push pull legs
 
Wake up > turn on PC > LDAR > sleep > repeat
 
Day 1: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps, off, Day 2: Back/Biceps, off, Day 3: Legs, off, Repeat.
