You should be playing it, i've played it only few years ago and it haven't aged much (maybe physics, animations and ai could get some upgrade).
Forget to add Giants: Citizen Kabuto to my list, that game was hilarious and mixed tps with rts. They later released also pretty cool but a little less innovative Armed and Dangerous i miss times where western devs were as crazy as the nips with their ideas and humor.
And few other rts games it would be hard to make top10 since there were so many gems releasing each year.
