I mention my diminutive height a lot, but in fact, the three biggest insecurities are:

1. Not having a stable job or prospects of one.
2. Not having my own apartment or prospects of one anytime soon.
3. Not having a driver's license and being unlikely to ever drive.

I'm also highly bothered by my overall non-NT tendencies, but these I can probably hide for a while.
