Both are pretty fucking bad tbh. In many cases they are death sentences. They also have treatments to address them but their effectiveness is up for debate. Thoughts?

EDIT: Assume the acne scars are on the face so you can't hide them under your shirt.

Possibly, had girl who I took on a few dates, reject me after one kiss and say why is your face so red (acne rosacea) with disgust on her face. She broke up with me a few days later...never really recovered from that one tbh. I've actually had similar things happen in clubs where a girl would eventually see me in the light and immediately shut down our positive interaction/flirting. I know now how to manage my skin with diet now (ketogenic dieting) although I picked up a ton of permanent damage and now i'm bald too

Had every treatment available tbh, skin would've been better if all I ever did was just wash with water. Many treatments caused more problems, like accutane permanently drying out my eyes, which is suifuel as fuck tbh.

Acne scars aren't that bad at all. You can easily mask them or cover them or fine ways to deal with them.
How would you deal with balding? I don't think there's a way to stitch hair into your scalp yet or something. That Bosley or whatever shit I see on the TV clearly doesn't work if all these rich celebrities couldn't get it to work for them.

Pretty sure acne scars can be treated with a skin peel, balding is basically set in stone if it's because of your genetics. Sometimes hair loss happens because of diet though.
