Very odd. There are a lot more reasons to like a character like that than just wanting power.

It reminds me of how they categorise some women as just "damsel in distress".

As if you can boil everything down like this and lose zero nuance.

It's true that most of the time it seems to be applied to male characters.

As if strong male characters are just a "power fantasy" whereas strong female ones are more nuanced than that.
