Venting What's the worst bout of alcohol withdrawal you've experienced?

Currently experiencing just rebound anxiety/nausea after a few days of heavy drinking.

I've had it as bad as not being able to really get out of bed, jerking around, pinprick sensations running up and down my libmbs, nightmares, etc.

How badly have you withdrawn from alcohol or other drugs?

Anytime around the holidays when I just sit at home and drink. My tolerance drops very quickly, that is why I like to get fucked up every once in a while.

A&E about a year ago would be up there. One doctor scolded me saying this isn't a detox centre. I got Valium in the end though, as I had to hold onto furniture to help quell the full-body shaking.

I get hangovers super easily, plus alcohol aggravates my skin condition. Sad, all I want to do is have a few IPAs
