It felt good to go outside but it gets boring after a while.
This, pretty much. I go outside and realize that I have no reason to be outside other than to catch some fresh air and a bit of sunlight.
Just sit outside your backyard or front porch or driveway if you need that sunlight

This. Going outside grounds you into reality, if you stay indoors all day and surf the web then you are festering with your own illusions in your head. That leads to mental illness at some point and it can't be healthy from a physical point of view.
Brother, you can do 100s of things outside alone, mostly involving walking, running, cycling, hiking. You could even swim if you were to live close to a lake. Honestly I have rarely found myself be bored when I explored nature or even cities. It is fun and you are not forced to interact with people, if someone tell you something you can just tell them to fuck off.
I think being outside around other people has made me mentally ill.
My city is quite small and barely has anything.
I highly doubt that, but again you aren't forced to talk to ever last person you see when you are outside, you can just mind your own business and not have to talk to anyone.
I mean like school and work in general
I have to buy booze and I haven't got an AC. On hot days, I go to the river in the evening with my drinks; it cools down a little faster there than here between the houses.
