I'm fucking sick of being a fat fuck
I've been working out like jogging (every day) and lifting weights every other day.
I'm trying not to eat candy or drink soda but it's very difficult, I really tuned it down
Does anybody here know about a method on how to loose weight? It doesn't have to be some scam like "Use this powder and loose 50lbs in 1 day!"
But I need to know the fastest, natural way of losing weight, like what to eat and which exercises to do.
Being fat fucking sucks man, I cant stand looking in the mirror anymore.

I don't know what you consider "natural", but a keto diet (cutting out carbs) as well as intermittent fasting does the trick well usually.
Waterfasting with multivitamins if you want to take it to the extreme.
I'm not so sure about long-term viability of those strategies though, better do some research yourself.
 
Work out and run too if you are not too fat, if you are it might hurt your legs because of the excessive weight and you may want to try some other type of cardio until you slim down a bit.

I'm not too fat to run, my BMI is 32 which us very obese, but I'm quite tall so its spread alright
I'm not giga fat persé, its spread good but I'm still 35kg obese

Go to a zoo and put your arm or leg inside the leopard enclosure. You will lose a few pounds in a few seconds and it's 100% natural.

If you want to lose fat however, stay away from starchy carbs (bread, rice, sweets and soft drinks), alcohol, eat 4-5 small protein rich meals a day and keep exercising. This will take somewhat longer, but not nearly as long as it took you to accumulate all that lard.

Waterfasting. I'm on day 4 without food. I lose about 1-2 pounds a day. It also kills your libido after day 3, which is nice. I walk 2 hours a day. Take electrolytes if you go past 4 days.

Fats are responsible for producing hormones. No fat, no testosterone, GH, insulin, and other hormones, and this can be fatal for you. Keep fixed doses of fat.

Finally, the carbohydrates. You need to consume very low doses of carbohydrates for 2 days in a row, and on the third day, you increase the amount to feel satiated. Then another 2 days of very low carbohydrates for a very high carbohydrate day.

When you make 2 days of low carbohydrates, you force your body to burn fat to keep it running. The problem is that if the body stays long without carbohydrates, it will make your metabolism slow down, which will make you lose less fat. Therefore, every 2 days, give a break consuming too much carbohydrate.

Also, go to the gym. Muscles spend a lot of energy just to exist. The more muscle, the more energy it will need. So if you gain muscle, it will force your body to burn even more fat just to keep the new muscles in existence.

Finally, walk on an empty stomach. If you do walk after waking up and before the first meal, you will force your body to consume energy without it being able to withdraw that energy from food. Mixed vegetables + chicken breast + some kind of low/no calorie condiment so you don't kill yourself after six meals of this in a row.
Make 6-7 meals in one go, parcel and keep them in the fridge and have one whenever you start feeling hungry.

Protein is overrated. People tell us to eat a shitload of protein because they want us to buy protein powder.

Just cut out all carbs, bro.
 
Water fasting. I always lose about 25 pounds of fat(plus a ton of water weight) when I do two week fasts. Do it for quick results. It may sound hard but it really isn't that bad. The first two days you simply struggle against yourself and your reward system. No more quick dopamine hits.

I forgot to mention that you should ingest 3 l of water a day, while reducing your salt intake.

Much of its weight is water retained. To eliminate water, the first thing to do is reduce the salt. Salt is the biggest responsible for holding water in the body, which means that without salt, the water in the body collapses.

The problem is that if your body realizes that you are losing too much water, it will start producing hormones that will stop you from wasting water.

To neutralize this mechanism, you must ingest an enormous amount of water. 3 l are just for the beginning, because the ideal would be something above 4 l. When you drink too much water, your body begins to expel water, which means going to the bathroom several times a day. But only drinking lots of water and reducing salt is not enough.

After taking 3 or 4 l of water for 3 days in a row, you should cut the water consumption on the fourth day. Your body will continue to expel too much water because you have not yet realized that you have stopped drinking water. This will cause you to lose a lot of water on court day. But do it for just one day. The next day, you should start consuming 4 liters of water for 3 days before cutting again.

Snake diet. Water fasting with electrolytes minimum of 72 hrs. Stay in ketosis by cutting your carbs to none, high fatty proteins. Dry fasting is faster. Combined with low intensity cardio, minimum 1 hr/day, you'll lose a lot of fat and water weight.

Don't just "tune it down", cut it altogether. Replace it with fruits , and make something with cocoa powder (100%) or coconut powder instead. Forget about refined sugars.

Avoid pasta, bread, and everything grains in general. You can eat every once in a while, but don't let that become a routine.

Drink water like crazy, try to fill your stomach with water whenever possible, especially at times you feel really hungry and you aren't supposed to eat.

Use the Mediterranean diet as a model, don't do crazy shit and don't listen to these people suggesting stuff like snake diet, which works but only for a short while, you need to change your habits altogether.
With the Mediterranean diet you are going to eat well, feel well and the food isn't something outworldly.

Make sure not to use any creamer or sugar with your coffee, or it dilutes it and negates the positive effects. I like to drink mine black.

Eating like 1000 calories a day (500 if you're MORBIDLY obese) and only drinking water. It apparently has some harmful health effects, but I've never experienced any.

It depends on your metabolism. Continue to exercise (you get better results riding a bike than jogging), protein bars, lots of water, try avoiding sugar as much as possible, Fiber supplements (fiber keeps you "full" so that you crave less food) raw fruits, nuts, chia seeds and vegetables and fasting every now and then. Basically just proteinmaxx and fibermaxxx.

Intermittent fasting. Eat one or two meals and a snack within a 4 or 6 hour period and then fast with water, coffee, tea for the rest of the day. Eat only between say 12 and 6.
 
Tylenol bro. After my last surgery, I took a bunch of these and they reduce ur appetite crazy and make you want to sleep in all day. I lost a lot of weight while taking these and sleeping all day
 
EAT LESS. Create 3 meals that combined equal 1,500 calories. For example a 500 calorie breakfast, 500 calorie lunch and 500 calorie dinner. Use low fat foods like skinless chicken. Eat these SAME 3 meals every day. Eat nothing else. NOTHING. Drink ONLY WATER


Eat them at defined regular intervals. Breakfast when you wake up, lunch around noon, and dinner no later then 6. You will have hunger pains. IGNORE them.

Walk 30-45 minutes 4-5 times a week.

I lost 3-4lbs a week and 40 lbs total doing this. Took only 3 months.

This is how I lost it.
