I know where you're coming from but there is more to MGTOW. They make their content and post on reddit to reach other men. So it's a form of social interaction. It can also work as a "therapy group" like anonymous alcoholics. Getting the bluepills out of your system isn't easy especially if you were hooked on them throughout your entire life. Many sessions will be needed.

I found MGTOW dumb but I see its appeal more and more. Even if you are NT, hell, even if you are Chad, at the current state of society MGTOW seems like a high IQ option.
