What's a good career for low IQcels who don't want to spend a lot of time studying and working but also don't want to be homeless?

I mean something average and respectable enough that will make you 45k+ a year.

I don't want to be a neurosurgeon because a) i'm too dumb and b) i'm not passionate enough about work and money to devote such a large amount of my life to study and workcelling but I also don't want to do some garbage like gender studies that will leave Mcdonald's as my only option.

What should I study in college?

I flip homes when I needs money. The last couple had baby with them at closing. They agreed to over 400k in mortgage debt, suckers! My specialty is finding historic homes that makes soy work slave for wifey. Research newest listings. Deals go fast, then simply resell.

Buy at 70k,
sell at 95k.

takes 90k.

I think that's like the average what someone who has went to college makes in a year?
Correct me if i'm wrong.
It's enough to not be considered a poorcel. I just want to be middle-class and not have to do manual labor.

I want something that requires a college degree.

Yes, if you have good credit you only need 5% purchase price, 2-3k closing costs and let’s say 3-4K avg for taxes. So good credit and cash is king. Keep a job at first to pay mortgage, then do flip after flip as fast as possible. You might make only 5k, then others as high as 100k per deal. Agents and attorneys do all the paperwork. I resell using a different agent tho. Commissions are always negotiable.

It’s all about the WOW factor and location. 80% of property problems are water like mold, so be aware of that.
too low IQ for that tbh

I don't know, maybe a construction management degree?
They have them in uk

Become a high school teacher. That is what I am studying right now.

45k+ in UK is pretty hard even with a degree

Tbh I can't think of bigger suifuel. Seeing young hopeful men and foids just happily existing and making the most of their prime, something that I was denied, would drive me insane.
I would always think back on the times when I was still a hopeful teen, believing I would ascend before I graduated.

Would that not affect you?

Well then whatever is considered average for those who went to college.

i wouldn't really waste much thought on such things since people like us can't afford to have dreams or goals. if you're dumb, then there's nothing besides security work and cleaner
even if you do succeed at getting something in college, then you're still competing against foids and if you're not a minority, then sad to say, but it's fucking over for you.

I watched an amateur porn compilation that was posted here and everyone complained it was massive suifuel, I watched it and felt nothing. I am in my early 20s. So no, that would not bother me in the slightest. I had a good time in high school and I always liked high school movies regardless of genre, so I feel like this is really for me.

Thought about this. Gonna do this or be a worker at this troubled teens place you can get into with a GED as long as you say you love jesus

Let's see, there's many options and I've spent all summer deciding what I wanted to study as well. Nothing to high IQ and also something that will pay the bills (30-40k a year) when I eventually move out. I also wanted to somewhat enjoy what I was doing

I ended up with these options:

Trade school: Electrician and CNC machining, the rest look un-enjoyable and would suck the life out of you

College: Accounting, IT, Computer science (Not necessarily high IQ but need motivation for CS), Network Admin, and maybe Grahpic design if you like it, but I wouldn't recommend as much as the others.

All other options like medical seemed a bit too high IQ for someone like me, and others like gender studies and liberal arts won't do you any good. I also wanted degrees that don't deal much with people

Mr shekelstein at it again.

Yes real estate flipping is good business, if you know how to make it work. My parents are into something similar although more towards just buying real estate properties and keeping them as long term assets since they generate you income passively if you rent them out, these properties will also payback their own mortgage through this rent money, you just sit back and enjoy the green paper shower.

How did you start flipping homes? This is something I've thought about doing however, as a youngcel, I am unsure of where to start and how this all works. I have two main questions which would be kind of you to answer.

1. Where do you get the money to start in the first place?

2. Where/how do you learn to do all the stuff you need to do to improve the house?
