Well, I'm in a similar agegroup, so I can't preach, but I could tell them to create an account here; figure out what good genes have their inherited and then try to find a way to sell those talents; find out if affordable lulzmaxxing can significantly improve their looks; enjoy their youth as much as their genetic caste allows them to.

Try to maximise as best you can. Low bf%, eat a lot and good quality food, sleep a lot, exercise. Meanwhile also take your education seriously as best you can so you can maximise money in future for surgeries since you'll be able to afford it (if you're still truecel after prior maximisation mentioned).
