Jaw surgery, chin augmentation, etc. are very common and accessible. Eye surgery is not the same. Hell, there's even some validity to Mewing, especially at a young age. There's no fixes for you eyes.

The most important way is to prevent them from being fat. I was fat as a child and teen and it made me very low T during my growth, which might be why I have a really round face and soft girly eyes and eyelashes.

I would encourage weightlifting, playing sports, etc.
