I lifted enough to get tonned in my 20s and started strength building in my 30s. Anyway, it's all impossible to keep up with for us type of folk (Inkwel) due to mental, social and physical reasons.. plus ya, now I'm older. I still lift a bit but, eh..I have to spend the energy on my dogs. 40 is tougher. I actually feel the same in my hea but my body is telling me things. Not so bad though, cause I'm in good shape.That's what I would do too, but I'd also lift more weights because it's easier to muscle max in your teens and 20's than it is in your 30's.
As you used to be or pick any age you want to be.You mean wake up as I am now or wake up as I used to be in 1991?
