I would personally refuse every form of treatment and wait until it completely takes over my body and feel the sweet embrace of death. Obviously the pain would be horrible but morphine can make it a little more bearable.

If it were something that killed me, I’d be happy.
i'd hope it kills me fast enough or i'll just have to do it they couldn't give me enough morphine to make it worth it
