Depends, is it a pure blood Nordic blonde haired blue eyed Hispanic from Uruguay or a Black Hispanic from Cuba or an Indian from Peru? Don't forget that the type of people with the least lactose intolerance are the Basque people and the Baskques immigrated en masse to Ibero America so it is quite unlikely for a White Hispanic person to be lactose intolerant.
