the transgender rate will skyrocket, the men that serve will be too effiminate to want to do any real combat, and there would be an inefficiency of men. so US will collapse by whatever force is attacking it. nobody (aside from NPCs with no life) will feel patriotic serving a country that treated them as disposable machines
