leg lenthening is a whole different hell than a little plastic surgery.
Your bones get sawed apart. Metal rods are inserted all the length into the bones. Painful, takes many many months, cripples you for life.
Forget any kind of intensive sport.
Plastic surgery means you're fit after ~3 days, max 7. It's cosmetic.
